Chuck is a senior developer at October Three and takes on all roles to ensure that O3 has the technologies and tools it needs to lead our industry. In addition to developing new solutions, Chuck works to improve our development processes and software architecture, ensuring that our software is of the highest quality and is built to last.    He enjoys sharing his knowledge with the rest of O3’s technology team.

Chuck has over 20 years of software development experience covering all aspects of the software development in the financial, legal, and real estate industries, including web based retirement planning applications for JPMorgan.  Chuck has many years of object-oriented n-tier application development experience.  He has studied and practiced many different development methodologies and is a strong believer in Agile development techniques.
